i have had to go privet and have to have implants done this is because the dentist's did not
inform myself the damage my lower jaw would be doing to my upper teeth ..
Also i have a family member who has gone privet . were is the duty of care in this dentist. Dislike the takeover by My Dentist . I find it too corporate. The reception staff that used to work here, some for many years, have been replaced and I have never found the new staff very approachable, friendly or as efficient.They work for a corporation and the sense taking a personal pride in their job seems to have gone. I rang to make an appointment and the first words were "you will have to wait a month" and I felt as if I was a nuisance ringing for an appointment. I have decided not to wait and to go elsewhere.
The dentists themselves- I don't know if they are good or bad- only another dentist can pass comment on their work. | |||||||
