Had scale and polish three times in 6 months exact same thing no treatment no fillings or root canal. Treatment in November £25 same thing February £44 then three months later £70. No explanation as to why it's trebled for same work, tried challenging it but they charged me more than a private appointment. Genuinely shocked as family member had same treatment and was only charged £25. Trying to get hold of practice manager to help me as this seems quite strange. Refund please! |

If you can even get past the rude and obnoxious receptionist to see a dentist you’d be lucky. The receptionist has refused to offer an appointment to a 7 year old who was crying and screaming in pain and I’ve been advised she has to wait 6 weeks for an ‘emergency’ appointment. After multiple calls to NHS 111 and various other dental surgeries, we were advised to complain to the practice manager and NHS England because we should as a basic level, have been offered to speak to a dentist as my daughter clearly needed urgent assistance. At no point did the receptionist advise us that we could call NHS 111 when I was pleading for advise and NHS 111 was shocked that I wasn’t asked if my daughter had a fever or swelling to the face to ascertain if she had an infection. We still have no appointment and my daughter has been dosed up with calpol to get her through the night, before we try and find a private appointment tomorrow. To say I’m disgusted is an understatement. They should all be ashamed of failing a baby who clearly needs urgent help. |

All the staff were efficient and caring, made me feel completely at ease and comfortable in what can be a scary experience. Did not have to wait long for an appointment and would recommend this surgery to anyone. |
