Was seen by receptionist who has been there for over 30 years. completely disgusted by the way she was treating some of the other patients who had not been there before one of whom English was not the first language. Setting a disgusting example for the younger receptionists, who were always on their phones anyway.

I went for an appointment in the end of October 2017 to have a referral made to the hospital to have all four wisdom teeth removed. The referral was rejected in November but it was only when I called in May to chase was I told about this. When asked why, I was told a reason was not stated, but if I wanted to book in with the Dentist it could all be explained. When I asked if it could be put in writing instead, I was told that this was not possible. I'll find another dentist.
