I saw the hygenist called Positive this morning and felt compelled to recognise how I was treated. I'm usually pretty nervous at the thought of a visit but she was so caring and put me at my ease immediately. She chatted away and I felt as if she was genuinely interested in my replies but was very professional as well. She gave me very good advice about my dental health and I really hope she will still be there at my next appointment. | |||||||

The dentist was brilliant. Such a shame the experience was ruined by the lady receptionist.so rude and no manners at all . Remember to smile lady ?? I know it can't be a fun job but have some respect for others.
