Pay £20.00 open mouth .Done close mouth. Given prescript[on and piece of paper with phone no on it. Told ring no get dentist take pills good by. still in pain. What was the point of going .

when i arrived at the practice the receptionists was really nice, i was waiting one hour for treatment after my appointment time without any warning. when i fianally got seen the dental assistant was very rude to me, i apologised as i filled the form in incorrect and they made me feel on edge, this was a huge concern. i was explaining and the dental assistant did not once accept my apology or infact respond, they flew out of the room in a agressive manor. i did not get told how much the treatment would cost, no small talk was made. the suction and water was playing up as i heard them discussing, so water was spraying on my face hair and clothes and water. after my filling i thanked them polltely but again no response, just to find a dentist. ehilst my treatment took place i began to cry, when i opened my mouth the 2 dental professionals shook their head they informed me to see a denyist as iv got so many problems even though they didnt highlight what these were. worst 20 minute experience of my life.
