In 2016 I attended this dental practice and I couldn’t have had a nicer experience from all involved.Unfortunately,this time around this isn’t the case! I had an appointment as I needed a check up but have serious pain in a tooth which needed a filling.the dentist,,don’t know her name was rude and obnoxious and at one point waving her hands at the side of her head telling me she didn’t have time to listen to me as she was so busy whilst she put in a temporary filling which I add was shabby and fell out in two days! I thought she may be stressed so left it. I booked another appointment which was for a check up but also needed a permanent filling but was told by the receptionist that the dentist won’t have time to do this and then by the dental healthcare manger that I have to have a check up first then basically make another appointment to have a filling !! What an absolute joke! I need the filing ASAP as of pain but they are too busy! The receptionist kept mention the NHS but I said I will pay private but no,I must have a check up first then re book for a filling separate,whilst i’m In pain? When I spent £2000 a few years ago they could’ve be more helpful but now the staff and the attitude of management is more than disappointing and disgraceful! I used to recommend this dental surgery but now I will make sure I steer people away from what I can only describe as a let me take you money but no customer care from management to dentist !! Disgusting practise that has gone downhill ??
