My 7. Year old son, smashed his adult front tooth, resulting in it shearing off just above the nerve. The dentist at smiles was awesome. Arranging an urgent appointment , he got our son seen quickly. As our son was nervous and is scared of injections the dentist was very shuttle in how he approached giving the injection. He put my son at ease and had such a great manner with him. The dentist's work outstanding and attention to detail was excellent. He talked through what he was doing and perfectly glued the tooth together, shaping the join and it looks as though it was never broken. He has explained to me as a parent what next steps are in watching out for any nerve damage and made me feel my son was the most important patient. I cannot stress how outstanding he was as a dentist and has put the smile back on my sons face.

We have been treated by the newest member of the team and have had the best treatment ever in the 60 years we have been visiting dentists. The whole practice have been very understanding of our situation and have preformed above our expectations. Well done Dentisl Smies of Chelmsford.
