Having lost a crown on the Sunday evening, I phoned Springfield Dental Care on the Monday at 09:20hrs to a warm welcome and an immediate search for an early appointment Aware of the need to get a patient with such a problem into the clinic as soon as possible to prevent further damage, they asked me to come in at 10:00hrs – just 40 minutes after phoning On entering their surgery, my dentist recognised me, asked how I was and why I had come in to see them After listening carefully to my problem, they carried out their own assessment and then told me that we could replace the crown with a minimum of fuss during that appointment – which I was delighted to hear My dentist completed the work with great care and attention to detail, while giving me thoughtful explanations of why they were carrying out the work in their chosen way Once again, I have been highly impressed with the high levels of service, care and attention that I consistently receive on my visits to this clinic A minor treatment to which the staff nonetheless gave careful thought and prompt attention; if they do this for minor work, I have no doubt that they will deliver similarly high levels of service to more demanding treatments I am most grateful for everything provided to me during this visit

I recently broke a tooth and was in some discomfort. I called round several suegeries in the area but no one had an emergency appointment. I called Springfield Dental Care after being passed their number by another surgery and was very impressed by their service. Although they were short staffed on that particular day the receptionist was very helpful and suggested I come down and wait to be seen, they even offered suggestions to help deal with the discomfort. I was very pleased with the service I received and I am now registered with the dentist and will continue my treatment there.
