I am a very nervous patient (particularly at the dentist!). I had a tooth crack which unfortunately ended up in an extraction (and I hadn’t been to the dentist in years!). The staff put me at ease and were were very patient with me, They didn’t rush and everything was done at my pace. I can honestly say the staff at the Chrich Langley dental practice are lovely. If you are nervous then you just need to tell them and they will be patient. I’m not over my fear but they have certainly helped me take a step in the right direction as I went back today for a check up. |

I was a new patient to the practice. The dentist was lovely and explained everything in detail to me and made me feel at ease. I was given a treatment plan with all costings. Definitely recommend this practice. |

Turnaround of dentist makes treatment plans impossible.
I’ve had two dentists in last 4 months restarting treatment plans twice
Now they want to do it again. (3rd dentist)
This means restarting plan and cost all over again.
Already paid so much money already which now going to lose.
Waiting for manager/ owner to call me back. |
