This dentist are useless is the word. The lady at reception loves to talk and behaves as of she owns the place. She'll tell you to stop talking so she can talk.. This is during telling the issue . Then afterward repeat everything back incorrectly. I was told to register as a new patient. Filled out the forms got seen and was told by the actual dentist she is unable to do pretty much anything needed other than hygene clean .. so if you have actual dental issues do not use .. and do not fill out their forms as they'll try to claim for any work you have done else where as if they were the referers. It's empty quiet and I'm.pretty sure it's just a front to hide money as there's no business being conducted and 30 year old toothbrushes in dusty display cabinets.. oh and the complaints review box is on top of the cabinet I'd noticed. So unless your 6ft or taller good luck making a hand written complaint.. In a word Useless

Very hard to get an appointment, when you do, Dentist has been late for ever appointment I have. I understand that they have a journey to get to work, so do I!! Hence why I book the first appointment! Had to cancel a couple of times as would mean I'd have to book 1/2 off work.
