The reception area is tidy and comfortable and the Receptionist has amazing calm and respect for all patients. The explanation given by the dental surgeon is clear and helpful.

I had an appointment for a routine check up at 1030 hrs on Friday 4th October. I arrived in good time - about 1015 - made myself known to the receptionist who asked me to take a seat - 'Won't be long'. At approx 1020, I was called in for the check up and bit of a clean. After a short discussion with the dentist regarding an erosion of a filling, it was agreed to take no further action. Another appointment was made for April 2020. I left a 1028hrs. All very routine and very efficient.

Always efficient and timely. Very understanding of anxious patients. Referred me on when I was too anxious for nonsedated treatment.
