I registered my daughter there in the smile clinic and they didn’t give any paper for any details of my daughter. The dentist seen my daughters teeth and he’s going to do a referral for seduction extraction. After 2 weeks were waiting for calls or update on the referral. I’ve tried to call them and 3 times they hold me up for 10 minutes and cut the line! After work, my husband went there and ask and I ask the reception why there keep on doing it when I’m calling to them. Because they're going to answer you saying can you hold the line? Even you say no there going to hold you up. We just want to know the update on the referral and they're doing this rude attitudes. Until know were still calling and asking about the referral! And still there trying to ask the dentist Last checkup we’ve had was last feb. 4 and were now on april 2????
