I’m not willing to give them a single star as they are very unprofessional, rude and disrespectful team. I had my appointment at 09:00 on the morning. Traveled with my mother 57, (had surgery on her knee and can’t walk properly) from Stratdord to Upton Park with very busy traffic. I just was 7 min late but that was enough reason for them to refuse to see me. Normally they see patient 15 to 20 min late every time and sometimes 30 to 45 min. However, my question is that if you can see me after 15 to 20 min late every time and everything is perfectly fine but when I’m 7 min late at 09:00 on the morning you have the right to cancel my appointment? What shall I do next time you are late go inside the room and take out the other patient because is not my problem? I find this very very unfair and I think rule should apply equally for everyone. However, I deserve a apology from the surgery manager and stuff who was very rude, asking me and my old mother to leave the surgery like some animals. My “RECOMMENDATION” will be to find some other surgery because if you pay for a service you should get a better service. | |||||||

After years of being afraid of the dentist due to my terrible experiences in the past where I've been left with fragile teeth, anxiety etc. I decided to take the plunge and give this dentist a try after being recommended it by other family members.
I'm so glad I decided to go to this dentist, my teeth are currently being looked after by a dentist who is very welcoming and lovely. She started off with the usual check up and then produced a step by step guide of the work that will be needed on my teeth, I never had this before and I think this really helps as it calmed me down a lot knowing exactly what I'm getting done.
I haven't been the ideal patient as I'm very anxious about anything to do with my teeth as mentioned previously, this is due to my horrific past experiences. The dentist was so patient and never judged or patronised me. I told her to take baby steps and she went out her way to make me feel comfortable, always asking if it's ok. I now leave my dentist feeling happy and not as anxious for my next appointment. I will truly recommend this place to everyone who ever requires dentist services! | |||||||

I have visited 3 dentists before coming across Upton Park, and they have been so great and after my dentist explained a potential treatment plan for me I was instantly at ease.. I normally always see them but have also seen their collegues and I have to say they have all been excellent. Would thoroughly recommend them all. Such a shame about these low reviews - clearly seeing the wrong dentists! | |||||||
