The dentist treatment is ok / good when it actually happens but they string out the treatment for my teeth into weeks of gaps in appointments, here's my last 6 months treatment, I go for a checkup, they take x-rays and tell me I need a filling, wait 3 weeks for apt. I asked can they just do it now? nope, not enough time. I go back for the filling and they tell me I need another filing, apt for another 3.5 weeks, I go back and late for my apt by 5 mins, they tell me it's not enough time for the work and I need a new apt, they offer me an appt in 4 weeks time !! incidently I called in the morning to check my apt time and the answer phone says they were closed, when I told reception I was told abruptly that their receptionist hadn't come in today so they hadn't listened to any messages! But someone else had taken my slot, so I suggested that I take this other persons slot who jumped ahead of me, - seems logical to me! Seriously, this is taking too long and it's just too much effort to keep making apt's. I've left this dentist and looking for a new one.

There service is really poor.Need to improve their service professionally.speacialy front dex service is very bad and monopoly.Management should to careful about this.
