The most appalling service in every aspect totally unacceptable behaviour by dentist and reception staff it's a money making dentist a scam service the owner of this surgery is so illusive they are unable to keep the very good dentists that this organisation employed I can understand the reason medical staff leave I've been with this dentist for many years now and the service has deterated so much that they can only deal with people who are unaware of what's going on behind the the fake smiles very much cloake and dagger this practice has fallen so low in standards that the client base is for dim-witted people only they are just conning not only the public but also the NHS and the government who fund them anyway keep up the good work as it will be short lived

Tried to get an emergency appnt for my 10 year old daughter. Called yesterday was told by reception lady that there’s no availability and to try calling next day. Explained to her that her troth was hanging from her gum which had a new tooth growing on top and that she was a registerd patient of theirs. She said no availability at all. Called back again today, she said no availability. Then I asked her if she had normal appnt fjr restof week or next week... guess what? No availability. Offered me no other advice or info. So I asked her if they had a linked dentist whom she could direct me to, said I should call 111. Kind lady at 111 told me to look on nhs choices and see if I could find another dentist that will see her. Called green street practice and although the lady at reception said there was no availability with them, she kindly informed me that she knows a practice In Stratford that usually sees children in emergency basis and gave me number for east village dentist. Called them and reception lady kindly gave my daughter an appnt for tomorrow morning and even registerd her today once I’d emailed all her details.
