I am new to Pitshanger Dental Care, having reluctantly come here after a self-imposed five year hiatus from dentistry, following a particularly bad experience elsewhere, and found Mr.Patel to be an understanding, engaging, confidence inspiring, and highly skilled Surgeon. I already knew beforehand that I would require considerable dental work, and he explained clearly what would be entailed, and all itemised costs involved, before any work was agreed upon, with full written confirmation swiftly following this up prior to my next appointment. He also went out of his way to accommodate my forthcoming unavoidable absence abroad for a three week period, by stabilising the most problematic of my teeth first, with a fully planned course of action prepared for my return. The practise itself is modern, spotless, reasonably priced, and run by a friendly and efficient team, as well as having happy and chatty clients ( which is always a good sign ) and it seems to me to have now established itself as an integral part of the local community. I have nothing but praise for the treatment I am currently receiving from Mr. Patel, his assistant, and everyone that I have met here.
