I attended the surgery while chaperoning an elderly relative and in passing one particular dentist noticed a problem I have had for years involving my front teeth. It's an issue I have had for years and despite seeing several dentists (both private and NHS) I have only ever been told that the problem could only be covered up with veneers. This dentist advised that he could solve my issue in a short space of time with little to no cost involved (I didn't believe him), but I booked myself in for the following week and sure enough, he was able to fix the issue within 20 minutes at no cost to myself. After 15+ years of being self concious about my smile and without having to pay thousands of pounds for veneers (quoted by not one but 'several' dentists), my problem has been fixed. I cannot thank this dentist enough. The above is testament to the professionalism, customer service and expertise of this dentist. Top marks to both him and his team all round (and the receptionist was lovely too).
