The reception staff are very poorly trained and unprofessional, particularly the dentist staff. I won't be going back there. The people on reception are defensive, do not treat people with dignity, laugh at customers behind their backs and when taking payment can't even look at people with acknowledgement and thank them. I'm so annoyed that I spent so much money with them. I'll stick to Canary Wharf next time.
