My dentist is very nice and explains the treatment nicely and is very good dealing with emergencies. I highly recommend her.

I have been a patient here for at least ten years and have always found the staff and the dentist to be friendly and very efficient. I have had a fair bit of dental work over the years and always feel I am being told (or shown with photos) what problems there may be and given a choice of treatment options. After years of feeling I was treated as just a guy sat in a chair by a variety of dentists, I can honestly say I trust the dentist and their team to deal with my dental health in a non-judgemental way.

I had an excellent experience here at Shape dental practice, reception staff are very friendly and professional, the appointment system is brilliant, the waiting times are not long, they are sending out appointment confirmation and reminder messages. I was badly let down by another dental practice who kept cancelling my appointments for no reason for about two months, hence deciding to come here at Shape Dental. Doctor Bogdana is amazing, she accepted me as a patient without hesitation, she was kind and professional, she explained to me what can be done with my tooth, she asked if I am okay with her decision. Every appointment, she kept talking to me, updating me of what she is going to do next. I cannot thank her enough for her kindness and professionalism
