We booked at an appointment at this relatively newly opened practice for our two children thinking they were getting to an age where it would be good for them to have a check-up outside of the school checks. My partner rearranged her work diary and we re-arranged the children's schedules to get them to the dentist on at the time of the appointment. When they turned up there was sign on the door saying the practice was closed: we received no message from them despite them having our contact details, all our planning wasted. They re-opened about a week later and we returned to ask what had happened and re-book. They were unable to provide any explanation or apology, they could only re-book for dates far into the future. We will go elsewhere.
