The dentist at DentalMark is rude, condescending, patronising and negative. Proper arrogant with a serious attitude problem who is always dismissive of my feeback/input. She always makes out like my teeth are the worst thing in the world (they are far from it, apart from some bone loss and slightly receding gums) . When I tell people that my teeth are bad (coz of her), people look at me like I am crazy. The new staff she has recruited (apart from East European sounding dental nurse) are impolite and unfriendly. She is completely unbalanced in her assessments, and is also rather humourless. I couldn't see the dentist for 15 months due to pandemic and also having to wait for vaccine. She had the temerity to say it was down to me not looking after my teeth properly. I ask her for 5000pm fluoride toothpaste, which I have gotten on numerous occassions before, and she refuses. There used to be two friendly female staff members there before: the Spanish receptionist, and a young Polish dental nurse who's name escapes me. They were always friendly and courteous, but alas they are now gone, the place has a rather toxic atmosphere. *** AVOID DENTALMARK ON CALEDONIAN ROAD ***

Stay clear of these people!! They are extremely rude and condescending. They only inform you of all the negatives when you ask for treatments. They don't want to deal with NHS patients, they talk down to you, no customer service skills at all. So many bad reviews on Google, they are unprofessional and unwilling to help unless you're a private client. I change my dentist thank god I did or I woukd have lost my tooth! Because these people kept putting me off treatment by trying to send me to get my tooth out when I did not need to!
