I have recently joined this dentist over the past 3 years. The biggest let down is the receptionist. She is so rude and unfriendly, never ever smiles. Don't ask her any questions as she will give you an answer that will shut you up fast. I had been to the dentist 2 years ago, she asked me to complete a form as a new patient. I told her l was an existing patient and her answer was " do you think we are a storage facility that keeps everyone's records". That shut me up. I booked an appointment to get advice as l wanted braces and was charged £20 just to talk for 10minutes. I didn't realize l would be charged to sit on a chair and get advice. No treatment at all just advice. I went to see the receptionist that just said how are you paying and l said paying for what? She said for seeing the dentist. To avoid arguments l paid. I need to book another appointment and l am terrified that the receptionist will be very rude to me. Not sure if l would go back.

I had a Polish lady dentist that had me in tears about my teeth after my teeth were checked. The receptionist is very rude and not sure how she ever got a job too. Apart from that, the man that owns the dentist is really good and he's wife.
