unfortunately, I got registered only with them and I am going to register with another clinic. Every time I enquired in the past and I have called them today, their NHS list is always closed. They make you go private and now they charge deposits to arrange the appointment. There is no "sorry we could not help you" to follow when they cannot book you earlier and there is no advice. I am very disappointed with this clinic over 4 years I lived in Romford. I only decided to contact them this time because I am registered with them but I was cut off very quickly. And when I had a private treatment with them, it was not to my satisfaction. I should feel the other way around and I had a call from NHS London dentist asking me what the problems is and trying to fit me in their diary as quick as possible. I have always received good professional treatment at this practice, all the staff are very pleasant and helpful in a modern environment.

This practice has been my practice for the last 15 years and I have always felt very comfortable here . The staff both in the surgeries and on reception have always been kind informative and extremely helpful with appointments either routine or on an emergency basis having been seen through a dentist lunch time too ..
