A good marriage always works until the one steps outside the line. If you have a complain, don't expect to be taken seriously.

Been with them for over 10 years. Recently had an issue with them, and I did left a negative feedback on google review regarding Naidu and Naidu, I also forwarded them a formal complain, and contacted their costumers services. Both been ignored, last email sent 25 days ago, on the September 5th, and they did not have the decency of replying in return to my issue raised. This is a good practice. But the receptionist Joanne, did not even bother to reply... Thank you again Joanne!!!
