I have been trying to change this dental practice long time because of their extremely waiting time and their early daily closure not suitable for working parents at all. But just recently my son's name was strucked off their register without any notice all because he missed appointment in 2014 and 2014.(4 to 6 years a go) this is very very ridiculous and disappointing. i have since made an enquiry about a dental practice very local to them and they closed at 6 and no rules for missing appointment especially if you call to cancel because anything can happen which are not predictable

I have has treatment here over the course of a couple of years. The waiting time for an appointment is horrendous and some of the work I had done was substandard and had to be redone. They didn't charge me to redo the work but it was a pain having to go again. All in all though I wouldn't recommend as it takes weeks to get seen.
