Lovely receptionist but my gosh this practice is a joke. Been with them for years but have had so many appointments cancelled now,often in the past only days before and then they tell you they can't fit you in for 2 months....even though you had an appointment. The staff turnover is really high....I have had 6 different dentists now from here. why??? after they cancelled my appointment yet again last month I moved to east barnet dental practice. Best move ..they fitted me in within a week!

Had no appointments available so couldn't finish a root canal treatment. Went to book another appointment. They're telling me I have to pay for the treatment that wasn't finished then pay for the same treatment again to complete it
