I called to arrange an appointment for a chipped tooth which is causing pain. I ended up calling the surgery 4 times. The receptionist said she will call me back and never. I called back and was told, she will call me back when an appointment comes up (which she never said in the first place) She constantly repeated on when I last visited and said it was long. She said this on every phone call and said she checked my file. Not sure how this is relevant to my chipped tooth which is causing pain now. I contacted the surgery in the morning and it's now 3:30pm. A waste of time for me. I could've been told this in the morning with one phone call. I asked her when is the next available appointment and she said the surgery doesn't have any. Not a particularly good service or experience.
