I had 3 bridges for the same problem and none of them fit.Even the dentist agreed that the work was very poor but she still sent me home with the wrong fit. The dentist, I later find out, had only got her diploma as a bachelor of dentistry for 2 years. She couldn't even take a right impression for the bridge. |

Something really wrong with this practice. As others have said: it used to be an exceptionally good place, coping very well with the restrictions placed on NHS dentistry while still providing good service. It's not the pandemic that made Imperial College Dental so bad - this had started the year before. I think it may be the practice manager. Who I have witnessed a number of times screaming at staff (including one who was trying to clean up mess on the floor, towered over by this brute of a woman, yelling). Even witnessed her shouting at patients. I think they have a very high staff turnover - dentists and reception. Avoid! |

I have been with this dental practice for several years now and it used to be excellent. Honestly, I don't know what has happened but the past few years, I have noticed how bad it was getting. So, I'm assuming it was taken over by new owners who are only interested in making money via its name and location and the care part is now gone. The reception staff are beyond useless, argumentative and rude and you will be lucky if your ever get through, when calling them. I tested this whilst waiting in the reception and called their number and they don't bother to answer then you get a message about how busy they are helping others and to leave a message. Go elsewhere and allow this place to fail and maybe only then will they realise they need to up their game. Also, it's questionable why so many 'new' dentists don't seem to stay more than a few months. |
