Visited the clinic for a simple crown re- cement; Dr.Omidvar re-cemented the crown and at the end, and only then told me with such certainty and in a cruel manner that “ It lasts 2 weeks, and if it falls off, it won’t go up again ! “ I was just SHOCKED ! Left the clinic in disbelief as I was told by NHS dentist just about a week ago that if crown is re-cemented, it will last minimum 5 years. Later I decided to email the clinic and ask if what I heard was correct and to know the reason; this was the stated reason “ Remain of the tooth not restorable “ Sent an X-ray request to the clinic to be used for prosthodontics practices enquiry. A week passed, did not receive the copy ! Called the clinic, mentioned Data Protection Legislation and that patients are entitled to copies of their X-rays, 3 days after phone call finally I had the copy. Consulted few prosthodontics practices; I was told there are few possible options such as Crown Lengthening Techniques or FRC which is possible even without ferrule. They could surely extend crown life span to 5-30 years . Contacted a solicitor firm for a compensation; case was not accepted, not because I did not have a claim but only because the amount of compensation not enough to cover the investigation and instructing solicitors fee as I have not suffered a serious dental injury yet. Sent an email to clinic again and mentioned available options at prosthodontics practices; this time Dr.Omidvar stated another reason for crown 2 weeks Life Span “ crown post was no longer fit after decay removal, and that I was informed but agreed to proceed with treatment ! “ Firstly, I do not recall such thing, and second, a highly experienced dentist would not ask a patient such stupid question that “this post is no longer fit, would you like it to be used anyways? “ I am sure anyone reading this review is with me on this. The crown should not have been permanently fixed, to have given me a chance to proceed with other options at prosthodontics practices. The crown should not have been permanently fixed with a post that was no longer fit, not to have shortened crown life span. I am positive again everyone here reading this review would agree with me on this too. I accepted a partial refund even though I know I am entitled to a full refund; accepted only because I did not want to prolong this matter any longer. No amount of money will cover the stress and mental strain caused by improper treatment. And if while I am waiting for the crown to comes off again, a decay is developed and lead to dental loss or more complications, I hold Dr.Omidvar responsible for that.

I needed to find a new dental practice for a deep cleanse due to a reoccurring gum disease from braces and couldn't visit my usual dentist as I had moved counties, and found this practice a few months ago. There was virtually no queue which was great, and I was seen within a day. The practice itself is very small and clean, the waiting area was pretty pleasant and comfortable, and the receptionists were very nice. However, the dentist and the procedure itself were far from satisfactory; the dentist was very condescending, and while I understand that 'the patients must always be told the truth' (in my case, the condition of my gums), he came across as rude and belittling, and somehow came off as a threat more than advice. The prices were also not as transparent as I thought, as I paid more than what I had expected (a little more than the NHS fees?), but that was not a problem for me. Overall, the place is alright if you are going for a regular checkup, but my own experience was definitely not pleasant and personally will probably not attend again.

Was having severe pain in my gum/tooth, phoned all the dentists in the area and no one could see me at short notice. However 80 Kensington High Street saw me immediately and were incredible. I would highly recommend giving this place a visit. Very knowledgeable and amazing service. Thank you!
