I am a very nervous patient therefore i don't often go to the dentist. I called up mydentist uxbridge and the advice given on the phone was very helpful and although they couldnt offer me appointment straighht away ( I was in pain), the receptionist did call me back with a cancellation appointment and I did get seen quicker than my original appointment. When I got to the practice the receptionist was very welcoming and put me at ease straight away and when I got to see the dentist I felt that i got good care and that he was actually listening to me and doing what was best for me, I left the practice feeling a little less scared of dentist. I felt that the whole team cared about me and I will definitely be going back and telling all my family and friends to go there, please don't be put off by the entrance because the practice and the whole team, reception, nurse and dentist are all wonderful, thank you for a very pleasant experience.
