I am an NHS patient newto this dentist I asked about havi g a crown replaced, and wS told if we removed it it would cause all sorts of problems it is probley decayed underneath isn't that all the more reason to take it off and replace it. As I was given xrays. Also some one at the desk said they ould phone me and never bothered so I had to chase them they are not understanding what so ever. I also feel a dentist should ask you to take a mouth rince as your mouth is full of blood why should a patient ask them. I do t understand why they say they are NHS, and they have star rating.
