Today I spoke to one particular receptionist, and once again I pointed out that I had emergency dentistry while overseas, and urgently needed to see them. She gave the usual robotic reply that she cannot make an appointment until I had been in for a opening appointment and could not give me another appointment until he had seen me. No good when you have been in pain for four weeks and trying for appointments and getting the same useless reply, which offers no relief for the pain you are in. Today I was told there is no chance of an appointment for about 5 weeks. So I looked up the email, and sent an email requesting my files so I can change dentists, and it bounced back as "this email is not working". I feel so frustrated and really tired of waiting , which I have been doing since the end of March and now 2 months later, I am still told I cannot see him. I give up.
