It is one thing to not accept new NHS patients - I understand NHS current constraints - but when you and your 6 year old have been (hassle-free) NHS patients for the past 4 years with the clinic (having waited a year to be accepted), to be told on asking for an appointment, that the dentist will now only treat us as private patients, if not legally obliged, they should feel at least some sense of moral obligation to care for their patients. At no time in past months have I ever received notification by email, letter or phone that they would be refusing to continue treating us as NHS patients to allow me to search for another Dentist. My son and myself have been left stranded in a time of emergency. Their total lack of regard for their ‘poorer’ customers is upsetting and disappointing!

On a waiting list for 11 months only to be told by rude staff that the list got scrapped???, won't disclose when NHS patients can re register advised to go elsewhere. Totally not helpful and ghastly on the phone. Such a shame as one particular dentist is a really good dentist.
