Although a visit to the dentist is unlikely to be on any wish list of must-do experiences, Chingford Mount dental practice makes it as pleasant an experience as possible. The reception staff are friendly and helpful, the hygienists are friendly and professional and very good at their jobs and my dentist is first class. You never get the impression that they are looking for work to do. The advice from the hygienist is positive and helpful and my dentist always ensures that patients know what is going on and if treatment is required, gives the options available with no pressure to follow his recommendations. If he identifies a problem which requires specialist treatment, as happened in my case a couple of years ago, he made the appropriate referral which resulted in treatment and monitoring at a specialist dental hospital, for which I was very grateful. I trust him and his team completely. Long may he continue at Chingford.
