Just awful. Made me wait 30mins after my appt. time. I accidentally spat on the floor instead of in the mouthpiece as my glasses misted up & dentist shouted at me ‘Why did you do that’ . I apologised profusely but he wasn’t having it saying ‘an apology doesn’t cut it’ . I offered to clean it up but he refused. I was so angry I Walked out. Don’t go there unless you want to get insulted & wear a mask all the time. This man has some serious karma due to him.

After coming to this dentist for many years I have noticed the dentist change the way he speaks and acts toward not only me but my whole family too.. i went in with a filling that fell out the dentist spent 20 mins of my appointment asking me questioning me in a patronising way how often do I brush my teeth why don’t I use tape and brushes why don’t I use mouth wash, basically insinuating that I don’t look after my dental health when in fact I do I see the hygienist regularly and only had a filling come out that needed replacing. He made me feel very small, uncomfortable and he made me feel dirty like I don’t brush my teeth like I was disgusting but in fact his attitude and behaviour was disgusting. I am truly dissatisfied. After the 20 minute talk or grilling from the dentist he finally replaced my filling. I come out to waiting room where more people were complaining about the waiting time and how they waited over 40 mins after appointment time to be seen ! He spent 20 mins questioning me making me feel small and dirty when he should have spent it doing the filling, ! No wonder his running behind the receptionist needs to book the appointments further apart so if he wants to grill people for 20 mins before he actually does the job maybe you should make your appointments 1 hour long and stop people complaining about dentists always running late. I won’t be returning patients in the waiting rooom was not happy and was googling other dentists to go to. The practice itself is old and run down . I agree with all other bad complaining on here. Please beware do not come here if you are offended easily. Or don’t do as your told you will get told off and treated like a child. Dentist has some issues many questions I asked him after treatment and he ignored me and walked out the room. Very rude arrogant dentist. Other staff (womans) are very good at their jobs and helpful where the dentist wasn’t

I visit this dentist every time, for many years I come here and mi family and every time we are coming we are waiting 1 hour after appointment time .. we receive lots of telling off about lifestyle choices. Informed yes but be rude about it no.. nurse is very good is caring and informative speaks multiple languages help us translate.. the head nurse/reception woman is very informative is always helpful and asks about family very sweet Interiors = is old needs decorative Staff= very helpful and friendly and caring couldn’t fault better than most non caring professionals I meet, like the dentist Dentist =runs late is rudely mannorrd Toliet=old but ok Facilities = no buggy or wheelchair access
