I have been to this surgery multiple times and have been extremely satisfied with the service! The staff, dentists and everyone involved have been very friendly and happy to answer any of my queries during my last visit. Alongside this, the service upon change of management this year has been far better as dentists have been far more attentive to my needs - I have noticed a large improvement over my visit in comparison to last year. The dentists are extremely thorough in their appointments, very approachable and quite kind. All in all, I would highly recommend this surgery to anyone that I know! | |||||||

The absolute worst dentist I've ever been to - the only helpful people here are the receptionists. I had wisdom teeth problem and they refused to take them out. After finally being referred to royal London hospital, i was told i need all 4 wisdom teeth out as i'd had far too many antibiotic doses and they were causing me too much trouble. After being taken over by new management, the service has declined again! I will NEVER be going back and do not recommend this dentist! Wisdom tooth removal is a complex procedure for which the patients are referred to dental hospital and the removal of wisdom teeth is not carried out at the practice.For the referral to be accepted by the hospital , the dentist has to make sure that appropriate referral guidelines are followed The dentist is unable to refer the patient straight away to hospital but follow the referral guidelines which can cause delay in referring the patient. thanks | |||||||
