The receptionist is rude. The lady dentist just rushes the job. Worst practice ever.

Worst receptionist ever Visited this dental surgery last week. Spoke to the receptionist to book an appointment. Did not find her welcoming the patients. Her attitude was like she pays from her pocket for patients. The simplest thing in the world and most needed thing for a receptionist is “smile” which costs £0.00 but did not see that in her. While I was there a father walked in with a child who had not slept the night before due to a toothache and he requested for an appointment, right away he was told there wasn’t any appointments available. He requested again to offer an emergency appointment but the receptionist told him to come the next day. What a joke? Someone’s in pain and had not slept the whole night waiting for the next morning to see a doc and she was not bothered at all. After several requests then she offered an appointment. Why does she have to do that? I see no humanity. Felt very sorry for that child in pain. Receptionist looked like that she is just doing her job for the sake looking forward to her salary. That was very unprofessional attitude and intolerant. She does not deserve to do that job. Not only I the other two patients waiting to be seen were annoyed by this receptionist’s attitude. One was saying “they advertise themselves on Capital radio saying Bandal dental same day appointments available but what do we see here?” Very disappointed by this unpleasant receptionist. She shouldn’t be there at all. Urgent action required!
