firstly it says that the practice is open at 9, if you call at 9 all you will get is the answer phone message saying its closed, its the same if you call at 9.05, 9.10, 9.15, up until about 9.40 this is really annoying and they should change the times if the staff cant be bothered to get in for 9!!! Secondly getting an appointment is a joke, you have to wait weeks because they want you to see the same dentist, well I don't care about that I just want an appointment at a reasonable time with any dentist!!! I seen so many at this practice so what does it matter And lastly the reception staff are not the friendliest
