I have been coming to Sharing Smiles for 2 years and I am so happy with my treatment. The staff have all been so friendly, they answer all my questions and they tell me what is happening. from the 1st appointment until the last we have had nothing but amazing tings to say about sharing smiles. Hey initially told us 18months minimum for my sons braces and we completed in 13 months. We are so happy with the results. The whole time they were friendly and patient with him and always encouraged him when he was doing well. They were always there when we needed questions answered. Never did I expect such amazing treatment from them. All the staff were friendly and professional throughout and we were never kept waiting for appointments on the day. Every single time we have an appointment we have to wait at least 40 minutes sometimes an hour! It's not good enough. If you can't see patients at their allocated times or near to it then don't book them in! Us parents have to work. Incredibly frustrating and not so much as an apology offered. | |||||||
