Had a cracked tooth, bloody painful. The dentist gave me three options, I chose extraction. He Kept me informed of what he was doing, told me about the risks and recovery time. Was a difficult extraction but he was patient and got the job done. I went back and was seen on both times on the same day. Again received good service. | |||||||

I had an abscess on a tooth recently and was given antibiotics which healed the infection rapidly! However, I was advised to have the tooth removed as soon as possible and was given an appointment for that same week! I attended full of the jitters but the dentist was very reassuring and injected my gum which was a relief. He then said he was going to loosen it a little with the drill. Then, much to my surprise, announced it was out and all over!! Absolutely amazing! The cavity closed and healed very quickly! I am so very grateful! | |||||||

Myself and my daughter visited this week for our regular check ups.. we filled in all the usual forms. My daughter was exempt from payment as is still in full time education.. which I informed them of at the desk. Staff were talking about us whilst we were there, whispering amongst each other... totally unprofessional..adamant that my daughter had to pay due to her age. Her exemption wasn’t ‘believed’ or accepted by the receptionist.. I was told to pay within minutes of leaving my appointment or face debt agencies!!! I had the most shocking treatment from the receptionist on the desk and the manager Kerrie Osborne. We were belittled and bullied into making a payment my daughter was exempt from....due to untrained staff with little knowledge of exemptions and age restrictions!!!! Unprofessional, untrained staff...Avoid at all costs... I have since been given a refund due to their mistake!!!! | |||||||
