I had an initial appointment three weeks before my appointment today so that Dr Anil (dentist) could render an assessment and get X-Rays done. I was able to discuss, at length and without feeling rushed, my oral hygiene and brushing habits and it was established that I had two cavities (UR7 & LL6) and thus, required two fillings. I was brushing too hard and too many times per day, potentially damaging the enamel but my gingival was healthy so I was asked if the cavities were causing me any discomfort (they were not) so my appointment was scheduled for today. I explained to both Dr Anil and Isabella (nurse) that I was scared, and they both reassured me that they would take it slow and were very patient. Dr Anil offered me breaks every few minutes and continuously walked me through the process. I received both fillings (amalgam fillings) quickly and completely without pain. Both Dr Anil and Isabella’s duty of care, overall conduct and professionalism were nothing short of exemplary. Because of this positive experience, I fully intend to engage with this dentist surgery with far greater continuity than I previously had, the positive experience even encouraging me to broaden my spectrum of knowledge when it comes to best practices. Great dental practice with caring staff and first class treatment. I was recently treated for toothache and the lovely receptionist managed to get me an appointment within a few hours as I was due to go on holiday the next day. I was treated by a dentist who was very gentle, and re-filled my tooth even though the surgery was close to closing time. He did a great job and I’m so grateful that he managed to treat me at such short notice. My son has also received first class orthodontic treatment here.
