Arrived this morning with my partner for an emergency appointment. We were greeted with the receptionist eating an apple, and saying to other patients am hungry. When my partner went into the dentist, I accompanied her. I watched as the dental nurse was shaking her head and nodding to the dentist behind my partners back. I have to ask who is qualified as the dentist?? After her appointment we needed to book for a root canal and couldn't get an appointment until 20th Sept, a month until the issue can be sorted. We then paid the balance due to be handed a receipt with bits of Apple on it, which I can only guess had fallen out of the receptionist's mouth. I looked to whom I would complain to and it is the person who gives the worst service. Will be changing dentist this asap.
