Took me the best part of 6 months and 5 or 6 appointments for somebody to actually eventually see me... they put in a temporary measure (that lasted approximately 7 hours) and I've been unable to contact them since. It's more like a joke shop than a dentist.

It’s been 2 month since I emailed the application form to them. 2 emails and 3 phone calls and still haven’t heard back from them. They even gave me the wrong email address to send it to! Won’t trust them with my teeth at all. Especially as they seemingly can’t even be bothered to reply.

My partner went here for emergency care and was told he needed a tooth extraction urgently. Since then he has had three appointments for extraction. All of which have been cancelled on the day (whilst in the dentists office) or once on the evening before. He has now been waiting for over 6 weeks with a large absys and in a tremendous amount of pain. Not once has the practice aknowledged this has happened or apologised for their unproffesional practices. Absolutely horrendous service. Avoid at all costs.
