I have been attending Chalkwell Dental Practice for around 25 years and cannot speak highly enough of it. Reception staff are friendly and courteous, always helpful and respectful and work hard to accommodate my appointment needs. The Hygienist team have been both patient and informative/educative, resulting in my dental hygiene being greatly improved in recent times. With regards to Dental surgery I always feel included in decision where there are options to be discussed. When I have had questions they are listened to and very respectfully answered (despite time pressure). Most importantly of all, the outcome of all my treatments has always been outstanding. This is probably the best dentist I've been to as long as you don't mind paying for private which is a lot more affordable with all the different plans you can get these days. The dentist I had was very gentle, listened to me, didn’t ram the xray thing in my mouth like my previous NHS dentist did, explained all treatment options and took the time. The surgery itself is very pleasant and has the nicest receptionists I’ve come across. Highly recommended!
