Was transferred to this dentist through 111 on Thursday 17th December 2015. Excellent staff dentist and dental nurse, put my daughter at ease. She has had a tooth pulled before and had a very bad experience so when she had absess and we were told she would need the tooth removed she was really upset and frightened, so we opted for the gas. However she developed a fever on the Thursday so we were refered to the emergency dentist. As soon as we walked in the door they helped her relax, explained each procedure to her before it was carried out and she continued smiling all the way through. Thank you so much to the two staff who were on duty, you are a true assest to the NHS with a lovely bedside manner, the dentist pullled the tooth so quickly and not much pulling the dentist was fantastic. Thanks again.
