When I first walked into this dentist I realised I had forgotten my glasses and I gave the dentist my benefits letters and said I didn’t know if I had to pay he had a look and said that’s fine u don’t have to pay and ticked the box for me. He put me at ease quite quickly and got to work straight away he said I had to sign something and cone back again and have another appointment to have a clean up. When I went back the second time he did the same again as I was quite nervous put me at ease straight away and at the end I was asked to sign something and told I needed to register with a nhs dentist as he isn’t taking anymore patients I thought no more of it. Until I get a threatening letter from nhs this morning telling me I falsely filled the form in so now not only do I have to pay for £67 worth of treatment they are also charging me a £100 fine for falsely filling in a form that the dentist filling so no I definitely wouldn’t go back
