I have only been going to this dental surgery for about three years although my parents were patients at their old address in Vanbrugh Hill where they had excellent service throughout their lives. I have had excellent attention from all the staff. Including the dental surgeon who treated me recently and was the most gentle dentist I have had in over seventy years! Although I have given a five-star rating on every question above, when I did once have some unhappiness about a member of staff, the Practice Manager not only listened to me but left me feeling confident that she dealt with my complaint in a completely professional way.
