I was greeted by a very lovely and welcoming receptionist and was asked to fill out some paperwork. I was seen on time and although I was in a great deal of pain and feeling very nervous I was made to feel very comfortable. Everything was explained thoroughly and my options were made very clear. I was given the opportunity to ask questions several times and was never made to feel silly. The Dentist and nurse were very thorough and professional. An amazing team at Moor Park!

Treatment and care for my son who has a Learning Disability was excellent. Spent over an hour attempting to contact the clinic to cancel an appointment as listed number is unobtainable - got an alternative number from Leisure Centre which held me in a queue for three separate attempts for 10 minutues then cut me off asking me to redial or visit the website so I was unable to cancel an appointment which could have been given to someone with an emergency - how inefficient and wasteful of resources!!!

I had an emergency appt today . I usually get put to sleep to have teeth removed but they wont anymore . So i went to moorpark to have a tooth removed and they were so nice made me feel relaxed i cant thank them enough no more pain . They have restored my faith in goin to the dentist thankyou all so much jackie
