The actual dentist is great but one of the assistants working with them is appalling they don't seem to know what to do properly with the instruments and repeatedly hurt my 7 year olds mouth then as soon as the dentists back was turned they were looking at their phone, I took my daughter a few times on a Friday and didn't have any problems as it was another assistant working but I took the step to move my daughter after we was walking home with and the same member of staff was shouting and swearing at a gentleman sat in a car in the staff car park, totally unprofessional! We have now moved to a nelson practise where all the staff are fantastic :)
