After years of being petrified of dentists and refusing to go to the point where I had no choice, the pain in my mouth was so bad I couldn't eat, sleep etc. After a few cancelled appointments by myself this time I knew I had to go., failing that I would be referred to hospital and even bigger phobia for me!...My appointment was midday, I spent the morning nearly vomiting with fear, cried in the car on the way, cried in the waiting room and whole time like a 3 year old, I'm 47. Then a miracle happened.. I survive a root canal, was in the chair for 40 minutes and even laughed! This is down to the amazing treatment from the dentist, nurse and receptionist. They were so patient, compassionate and caring and understanding. For the first time I wasn't patronised, didn't need anything other than the ladies and felt so well looked after. They talked me through it step by step and I had the option to stop at anytime, the dental nurse held my hand the whole time. I am so proud of myself conquering a fear but also because I can now eat again! I need to go back for more treatment but I'm almost looking forward to it....well not really! They are the best, amazing and lovely!! Go today!!

For years I have paid excessive prices for dental treatment including Denplan & private. I decided to look for an NHS dentist to help with costs as I am a Senior Citizen. How glad I am that I found Moonlight Surgery in Poole. I wish I had changed years ago. A friendly & polite dentist who has always explained what she was doing. I have needed a new denture amongst my treatment so regular visits for a few weeks. All staff have been pleasant & efficient. I would have no hesitation in recommending this practice.
